Lawn Care Volunteer	Lawn Mowing for Friendly Avenue is handled by volunteers. Each week one or members mow and trim the yard. It takes approximately 2 hours each week. When volunteers are not available, then the Grounds Maintenance Ministry must spend $75 to have the yard mowed. Visitors will get their first impression of Friendly Avenue from the way we take care of our property. All equipment is provided and training in the use of the equipment will be made available. How can you help? Volunteer to mow, one or more weeks. If you can't mow yourself, then consider making a contribution of $75 to cover the cost of mowing for one week.
2008 Living Proof Live Simulcast	Join us at Friendly Avenue Church of Christ on Friday and Saturday, August 1–2, 2008, for the fourth nation wide Living Proof Live Simulcast. Enjoy every minute of Beth Moore’s powerful teaching, along with incredible praise and worship led by Travis Cottrell and the Praise Team. No childcare is available for this event; nursing babies are welcome. Tickets - $30 each. Mastercard/Visa branded Debit/Credit cards accepted.
